A 4-Piece Heavy/Beatdown Band from Milwaukee, WI., KNIFEBACK brings slamming, cut-throat aggression mixed with a violent synth groove to the forefront of their performances. The band aims to make every event a party for all in attendance, and to take their place on the road.

With many changes in their early days, KNIFEBACK was born when Quincy (Vocals) and Evan (Guitarist) convinced long-time friend Matt (Bassist) to join them in the Studio for a night in early 2019. With TJ (Drummer) joining the crew after a long night of legendary Wisconsin-made debauchery in mid 2021, the rest is History.

Releasing their debut EP "When the Night Watches" in 2022, the band received wide appeal, solidifying their conviction to release the full-length album "Malevolent" in early 2024. After playing various known upper Midwest venues such as X-Ray Arcade (WI), The Annex (WI), WC Social Club (IL), and The Music Factory (MI), as well as joining the ranks of Toledo Deathfest '25, the band strives to branch out to the rest of the Midwest, and beyond, in the coming years.

Since their forming, KNIFEBACK has shared the stage with the likes of Vended, The Convalescence, Autumn Lies Buried, Fight from Within, Hunt the Dinosaur, Casket Robbery, and many more.
